We are Mad Professor events. Established in 2007, we specialise in providing enjoyable and fun team events.
We offer a carefully thought out range of team events that are specially designed to capture just the right balance of business attributes and fun, so that teams can profit from the core benefits of the team building activities whilst enjoying themselves!
Although based in Hertfordshire, all of our events are mobile and we deliver a range of indoor and outdoor activities throughout the UK.
How does team building work?
Each event is specially designed to encourage attributes such as communication, co-ordination, team spirit, innovation, time management, leadership and trust, whilst also maintaining the essential fun element.
Team challenges can boost the team with a great sense of achievement and, by keeping it fun, can de-stress and reward staff for their hard work. A happy, confident and well-bonded team is proven to be far more motivated, productive and a much greater success!

Absolutely all of our events are devised and produced in house and we own all of our event equipment. This allows us to offer complete flexibility and the ability to tailor the event to your exact requirements.
We are passionate about making team events enjoyable, so that teams bond organically in a shared experience, rather than the forced measures of traditional team building.
We’re Agent-Friendly!
95% of our work comes through event agencies, so we are very agent friendly! (Who knows, we may have already worked together and you wouldn’t have known it!) All of our kit, vans and clothing are 100% unbranded. We’ll never mention Mad Professor and are more than happy to wear your T-shirts, add your logos to paperwork and represent your agency. We’ll even give out your business cards!
