The BIG Picture

Teams paint sections of a picture that later fit together to make one giant group masterpiece!

A vibrant and creative team building event that gets all teams working towards a common goal.

Working in small groups initially, teams earn their paints by completing art themed challenges including “The Gallery” where teams  match the artist to the painting, “Find the Fake” where teams spot the differences between an original artwork and a counterfeit, and “The Heist” where teams solve the puzzle of who stole the valuable painting. One colour is awarded per challenge completed.

Teams then draw out the picture to scale on their canvases from a blueprint, mix the correct shades of colour and get painting.

Teams will want to be competitive but will have to collaborate if they are to match the correct scale and colours needed to make the painting look good as a whole.

When will they realize that the sooner they start working together, the more successful the end result will be?!

Teams can see the results of their teamwork when the event concludes with the grand unveiling of their finished masterpiece. This is a high impact finale where teams can be really proud of their teamwork and creativity.

The painting is then taken back to the office where it can be proudly displayed as a visual example of their achievements and the importance of working together as a team.

The painting design is usually Picasso’s Mediterranean Landscape because it’s beautifully colourful, with something to paint in all areas and corners. The Cubism style is very forgiving and means that the finished painting still looks great even if teams don’t quite manage to match the lines and colours! It’s a lovely, picturesque view to have on the wall and can be personalised by adding the company logo on the boat sail.
