Christmas comes but once a year but how much do you know about our festive season?

Teams compete in a festive mix of Christmas themed quiz rounds with audio and visual challenges as well as practical activities. Rounds can include:

Ho Ho or Oh No – Teams are shown some pictures and must correctly distinguish between a real Santa Claus and a bogus bearded impostor!

Guess the Christmas Intro – We hear them until we can bear it no longer in December, but can you identify the annoying Christmas song from its intro?

Do You See What I See? (Observation Round) – Teams must watch the Christmas clip closely before answering the questions.

What is it? What is it? – A knockout round. A picture of a typical Christmas present is revealed square by square. The quicker teams guess what it is, the more points they win.

Feliz Navidad – Teams are wished a Merry Christmas in a number of different languages and must identify the language.

Trivial Pursuit – The Christmas game of choice. Teams must answer a general knowledge round all about Christmas trivia.

Stocking Feelers – Teams must guess what presents are in the stocking just by feeling it.

Reindeer – Teams must make the tallest free-standing reindeer using only newspaper and sticky tape. Random? Yes, but not as easy as it sounds!

Balloon Modelling – Teams are given modelling balloons and a demonstration before creating their own balloon Santa hat!
